Thank you for joining us virtually between September 13th and 15th where you learned how you can MAKE AN IMPACT as an intern at Amazon Operations.
The conference offered a number of sessions including Sustainability at Amazon, Crush Your CV, and the Importance of Networking. You had the opportunity to meet and connect with current and former interns, intern managers and recruiters.
You heard first-hand what it is to be an intern at Amazon, what intern managers are looking for and learn about impactful projects our interns work on. Former interns shared their personal experiences and walked you through the career path one can have after an internship.
This conference also shared insights into open internship roles and provided an opportunity to connect with a recruiter.

Jake Toon
Head of EU Amazon Logistics Central Operations
Jake is currently the Head of EU Amazon Logistics Central Operations based in Barcelona, Spain. His team provides central services and support for Amazon’s network of last mile delivery stations throughout Europe.
Flo Wilkinson
Amazon Fresh Program Manager
Flo is a Space Planning Program Manager for Amazon Fresh Stores based in London. Flo is responsible for the management and successful delivery of product category space in each store.

By attending the conference, Amazon donated 5 EUR to The European Society of Pediatric Oncology. This September, Amazon is recognizing Childhood Cancer Awareness Month for the sixth year with a global community campaign called Amazon Goes Gold for Kids with Cancer. Throughout the month, employees are invited to get involved and raise greater awareness for the outstanding work organizations, like SIOPE, are doing to advance pediatric cancer research and front-line care.
